365 Travel Insurance was established to slash the cost of annual travel insurance to UK consumers. Our systems and web servers are all FULLY SECURE, as this is an area where it is NOT possible to substantially reduce costs without compromising customer security.
We are a specialist insurance intermediary and our primary service is to distribute low priced, but high quality travel insurance cover. We have only one product: annual, multi-trip travel insurance
Our product is designed to meet the needs of the majority of travellers and NOT the needs of specialist audiences requiring highly customised and complex variations of travel insurance cover. All our travel insurance policies are arranged with Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited (PTI) by means of an exclusive price arrangement that allows us to provide very low prices.
365 Travel Insurance is only available to UK residents (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and the Isle of Man) aged under 70 years old and is only distributed via the Internet. All emergency medical assistance for our product is undertaken by Global Response, on behalf of the underwriter and all insurance claims are handled by Claims Settlement Agencies, (CSA), on behalf of the underwriter.
These are highly customer-focused and reputable organizations, which enjoy the economies of scale that come from being specialists in their field. This enables them to maximise the speed and effectiveness required to meet the needs of our customers, without having to pass on excessive administration costs to the customer by means of higher premiums. All claims must be notified via our claims form (available online) direct to CSA.
In case of emergency when travelling, customers must contact Global Response via the telephone number provided on their policy schedule, which is provided online with each policy purchase confirmation. Should you need to make a claim or require emergency assistance, these companies have the ability to ensure you receive the assistance you need.
